The playground at Portland Place has seen better days, that is for sure... To be honest, I could not decide if it is operational or not, as it seemed so creaky and unkept from the outside that I choose not to risk my toddler's life and we did not enter at all. The gate of the basketball pitch next to the playground is open, so playing basketball or football is possible, but as I said, the playground was not impressive at all.
